Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans across all Beno divisions to attract potential clients, retain existing customers, and strengthen the company brand. This role requires a creative, data-driven leader with strong UAE market understanding and experience in multi-sector marketing.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans across all Beno divisions to attract potential clients, retain existing customers, and strengthen the company brand. This role requires a creative, data-driven leader with strong UAE market understanding and experience in multi-sector marketing.
The role will oversee branding, digital campaigns, partnerships, market positioning, content creation, and performance tracking to support business growth across Beno’s business units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Beno’s overall business objectives.
- Align marketing initiatives across all divisions.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities in the market.
- Maintain and strengthen the Beno brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across digital, print, partnerships, and physical installations.
- Oversee brand positioning for sub-brands and verticals.
- Manage all digital marketing channels including website, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Oversee lead generation and conversion strategies for all business lines.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide monthly marketing performance reports (ROI, engagement, reach, conversions).
- Oversee the creation of marketing content: videos, posters, brochures, social media content, website content, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal designers, videographers, and photographers or external agencies.
- Ensure marketing materials meet brand and quality standards.
- Plan and execute marketing activation campaigns, promotional events, and brand collaborations.
- Build marketing partnerships with hotels, marinas, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Manage sponsorship and co-branding opportunities.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team.
- Coordinate with external agencies (PR, design, media buying, video production).
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.
- Manage public relations, press releases, and corporate communications.
- Oversee social media communication and crisis management when needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or professional marketing certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Experience within automotive, tourism, hospitality, marine, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE / GCC markets.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- High-level communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (Additional languages is a strong advantage).
