About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Travel Sales Executive, to join our Travel Agency (Aventura), the right candidate should be able to hit the road running. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate travel sales. The ideal candidate should be a proven achiever who is motivated by challenges and aggressive targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Should be able to build and execute a SMART Sales Strategy
  • Define and execute tactical initiatives to win business
  • Work with the Marketing Department and other stakeholders
  • Identify and target prospective corporate clients through own contacts, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Understand client travel policies and propose customized travel solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity and experience in the UAE market in Corporate Travel Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate travel or the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Should be numbers driven with an analytical mindset.
  • Be able to demonstrate usage of data to win and grow business.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Understands and is able to execute the concept of selling vs price and discounts.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with travel industry systems (GDS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Prior experience working on a CRM system or other Sales tools would be an added advantage.
