About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate persons
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings as required
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional office administration training is a plus)
  • English language is a must, additoinal languages is a plus
