We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding successful hires. You will play a key role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

You will play a key role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Stay updated on employment trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions.
- Represent the company professionally and promote its employer brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Proactive and target-oriented.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
