Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding successful hires. You will play a key role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Stay updated on employment trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions.
  • Represent the company professionally and promote its employer brand.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
