The role sets creative direction, translates marketing targets into content strategy and execution, and manages the full production pipeline from concept and shooting through editing, post-production, and delivery. Team

Within the operating model, Marketing defines targets, priorities, and content needs; Media defines creative direction, what is captured, and how it is executed; Production delivers to capacity; and Social Media supports based on platform insights.

- Oversee delivery in correct formats and specifications for each platform (e.g. web hero videos, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, supervise, and support the media team; manage workloads, priorities, and quality control.
- Track overtime and time-in-lieu, and coordinate team scheduling and time off with HR.
- Manage the department's tools and subscriptions (creative software and AI production tools), recommending renewals and additions.
- Own media data management — footage storage, project files, and the Beno archive — including access control and backup, and advocate for proper infrastructure (e.g. NAS).
- Support hiring for the department by defining role requirements and drafting job descriptions (e.g. editors, photographers).
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Coordination
- Align with Marketing and Social Media on content needs while maintaining clear ownership of creative execution to avoid overlap.
