Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Clients: Warmly greet customers as they approach the kiosk, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Information Dissemination: Clearly and accurately explain product details, special offers, promotions, and services to clients.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex problems to the Kiosk Manager as necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to the Manager to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
