Holidays Consultant (Travel Concierge)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Full Time
Mid Level
Are you a travel expert who believes that a holiday should be an experience, not just a transaction? We are looking for a Senior Holidays Consultant who operates like a high-end travel concierge.
If you have a passion for crafting complex itineraries, a sharp eye for market trends, and the ability to sell "value over price," we want to meet you.

The Role
Your primary mission is to provide end-to-end, white-glove travel services. You won't just book tickets; you will design memories. From tailoring bespoke FIT (Free Independent Traveller) tours to managing large group logistics, you will be the main point of contact for clients seeking seamless global exploration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bespoke Planning: Create unique, tailor-made holiday packages that offer "once-in-a-lifetime" experiences.
  • Concierge Service: Provide end-to-end management of flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and niche travel products.
  • Sales Excellence: Proactively sell travel packages to prospective leads by focusing on the value and quality of the experience rather than just the price point.
  • Expert Navigation: Stay ahead of the curve on international travel regulations, visa/immigration laws, and emerging global travel trends.
  • Market Intelligence: Benchmarking our offerings against leading agencies to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a dedicated support system for clients, resolving issues promptly and gathering feedback to drive operational improvements.
What We Are Looking For
We need a resourceful professional who is as comfortable negotiating with global suppliers as they are presenting a complex itinerary to a high-net-worth client.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Holidays Consultant or in a similar travel-design role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Amadeus GDS is an advantage.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep experience in booking international hotels, ground logistics, and complex multi-destination tours.
  • Strategic Selling: Proven ability to persuade and close sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourcefulness: A strong existing network of global suppliers and the ability to source unique travel components.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you should be able to "tell a story" through your itineraries.
  • Operational Agility: Ability to multitask under pressure, manage shift schedules, and maintain extreme attention to detail.
Education & Assets:
  • A Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a relevant field would be a plus
  • Any certification in holiday planning or tourism
  • A proven track record of resolving complex travel disruptions with a "team player" attitude.
Why Join Us?
  • You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity and customer experience. This isn’t a data-entry role—it’s a role for a travel architect who wants to shape the future of how our clients see the world.
  • The role offers an attractive tax free salary plus sales incentives.
  • If you believe that performance warrants growth rewards, then you will be in the right environment.
How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter highlighting the most complex itinerary you have successfully managed.
