As a Junior Engineer at Beno Technologies, you will be involved in developing and maintaining our web application under the guidance of senior engineers. Our web applications streamlines our rental services to customers, admins, and partners. Our web applications are require delicate understanding of web performance and SEO. Your contributions will direct impact on sales.

Our frontend is at the heart of our online sales; we want it to be responsive and stable. Working with us entails:
- Attention to website performance, SEO, and rendering life cycle.
- Using CMS systems to collaborate with marketing team and content editors through
- Consuming APIs following HATEOAS principles.
- Develop backend-for-frontend micro services

Who We're Looking For
At Beno Technologies, we are seeking curious individuals who are eager to learn and can work on challenges with guidance from senior team members. As a Junior Engineer, you should be proactive and willing to contribute to improving our processes and systems.

We value individuals who are self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive. We encourage learning and growth, and you'll have opportunities to develop your skills under the mentorship of senior engineers.

As a Junior Backend Engineer, you should have some experience or education in backend development. Some of the skills we're looking for include:
- Familiarity with HTTP
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScritpt, or TypeScript
- Familiarity with a Angular or similar web framework.
- Basic understanding of OAuth2
- Basic understanding of API documentation using OpenAPI (Swagger)

As a remote-first company, we are looking for someone who can work effectively in a remote environment and has good written English communication skills. If your English language skills are great, this would boost your position in the company.

We assume that candidates have the necessary hardware, fast internet, and stable power for remote work. We understand that individual needs may vary, and we will do our best to provide for additional needs on a case-by-case basis.
