BENO is a Dubai-based luxury lifestyle experiences company, expanding its in-house media team across yacht and watersports, automotive, desert experiences, and lifestyle production. We're hiring a Remote AI Creator / Editor to build and edit content using AI-native tools and workflows, serving both the media department's content needs and the Tech team's marketing, website, and presentation needs.

Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of AI-assisted content generation and traditional editing. It's responsible for producing quick-turnaround, trend-responsive content using generative AI tools for video, image, voice, and motion, and for integrating that output into polished, brand-consistent final edits. Beyond media content, this role also supports the Tech team with visual assets for the website, interactive presentations, and digital ad campaigns. The role complements BENO's traditional shoot-based production rather than replacing it.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and edit AI-assisted video content using tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Seedance, and other generative AI platforms, for social media, promotional, and experimental formats
  • Create AI-generated and AI-assisted imagery using tools such as Midjourney and Nano Banana, for graphics, mockups, and campaign visuals
  • Blend AI-generated footage, imagery, voiceover, motion graphics, or effects with traditionally shot footage into polished, brand-consistent final edits
  • Design visual mockups, pitch presentations, and ad graphics for digital campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Support the Tech team with visual assets for the website and interactive presentation platforms
  • Rapidly prototype and produce trend-responsive content formats as they emerge on social platforms, using AI tools to keep turnaround fast
  • Support the in-house and remote editors on projects where AI tools can accelerate rough cuts, ideation, or specific effects
  • Stay current on new AI tools, models, and techniques relevant to video, image, and content creation, and recommend ones worth adopting into BENO's workflow
  • Finish content to BENO's visual and brand standards regardless of how much of it originated from AI tools, so nothing reads as generic or off-brand
  • Deliver multiple formats optimized for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid ads, websites, and interactive presentation platforms
  • Organize and manage project files and AI-generated assets, using the department's NAS
  • Communicate clearly on timelines and flag delays or tool limitations early

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI video and image tools, such as Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance, Veo, and Midjourney
  • Strong AI literacy across a range of tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for ideation, scripting, and production support
  • Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro, for finishing and integrating AI-generated content with traditional footage
  • Comfortable designing visual mockups, presentations, and ad graphics for digital platforms, in addition to video editing
  • Experience with color grading and basic sound design
  • Familiar with social platform formats, specs, and trend cycles, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram ad formats
  • Reliable, fast internet and sufficient local storage for active projects
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects under deadline, working async
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with luxury, lifestyle, automotive, or yacht content
  • Understanding of Dubai's visual identity and storytelling style
  • Motion graphics or simple animation skills
  • Experience designing website assets or interactive presentation formats
  • A portfolio or reel showing prior AI-assisted or AI-generated content work

Working Hours
Async / remote, with reliable overlap with Dubai working hours (9:00 to 18:00) expected for briefings and reviews.
