Job Overview:

The Travel Agency Operations Supervisor will be based in our Cairo office and oversee the smooth functioning of daily operations, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and that clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel services, operational management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the travel agency, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Manage and lead a team of travel agents, coordinators, and support staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and mentorship.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, managing escalations, and improving service delivery.
  • Analyze and streamline operational workflows, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor the quality of travel itineraries, and services to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
  • Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, including data protection and safety protocols.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance (KPIs), client feedback, and operational metrics for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel operations, with at least 2 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced experience in issuance, re-issuance, cancellation and refund of Airfare Ticket through Amadeus
  • Advanced experience in CRM softwares.
  • Familiarity with international travel regulations and industry standards.
  • Utilize booking systems and platforms to secure travel arrangements, negotiate rates, and manage reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and more.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.
  • Experience in hotel bookings, ground transportation, and travel packages.
